Jackie Parker is an excellent nurse; I was very apprehensive about doing ISC and was struggling to accept it was necessary. Jackie was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in an informative and easy to understand way. Her kindness and supportive approach when teaching me how to do the ISC really helped me to relax. I now have a better understanding and acceptance of the need for ISC and I feel confident to do the procedure myself - thank you Jackie!

Jackie was very patient in teaching me to self catheterise. It is a very embarrassing process but she put me at ease and was there every step of the way helping me to achieve my goal. I am very grateful for her help and patience and her help in the future if required. Thankyou Jackie Parker.
